16. Gem

Gem is a program known as a Siren. She works in the armory underneath the Game Arena along with three other Sirens, outfitting programs with armor for the games.

Gem first encountered Sam Flynn when he was captured and sentenced to fight in the arena. She and the other sirens equipped him with his attire and Identity Disc, before offering limited advice that he simply had to survive in the games.

She later helped Sam find Zuse in the End of Line Club, also telling him that she wished she could have met him under different circumstances.

She later revealed herself to be in league with Castor as an accomplice in his bid for power over the Grid.

And once Castor was taking care off, she had to too and she was left in the Club as it exploded.

She is introduced to the Ninja Storm Villains by Marah as a good and powerful friend however she soon takes Marahs place and uses her great powers to set off and destroy the rangers at once.

She changes the footsoliders into much more poweful and sets them off into battle.

She shows off her cool outfit, powers and ability in battle as she easily fights off all the rangers.

However is given a surprise blast by Marah, who appears is comign for revenge and has switched sides, and the two make a good fight.

However it turned out Marah never switched sides and it was all a distraction as the blast actaullt turned Beevil huge and giving her even more power.

Sadly she could not defeat the Ranger's giant megazord as easily as them and so was killed in her giant form.

13. Elektra King

Elektra is the daughter of Sir Robert King, she was kidnapped as a teenager by the terrorist Renard, and her father refused to pay the ransom, she became Renard's lover and participated in his scheme to bilk money from her family (going so far as to mutilate her ear so Renard could send it to her father as a warning) but pretended to have been traumatized by the kidnapping.

Ten years later, she secretly collaborated with Renard to blow up her family's oil pipeline, becoming Bond's lover to throw off suspicion. When Renard publicly threatened to destroy the pipeline, however, she showed her true colors and kidnapped M, whom she blamed for her father's betrayal in not paying her ransom years earlier. Her plan was minutes away from completion when Bond stormed her hideout and, after a tense confrontation, shot and killed her.
